The ALL IN ONE multitool 3D Printer
The first multitool 3d printer ever to be introduced to the market. It's a 3d printer designed to expand the possibilities of digital fabrications and provide true versatility to professionals and those working in the field of education
A ZMorph on your desk will allow you to 3D print with almost any kind of plastic on the market, cut to engrave any kind of wood, or cut and engrave any material such as acrylic glass , HDPE, machining wax, pcb boards, modeling boards and many more, what you can make with a ZMorph is simply outstanding.
ZMorph gives you the functionality to use 3 machines in one,
- The single plastic extruder is designed for 3D printing using one material at a time, or one color However you can use the next tool head, Dual Pro, a 2 material 3d printing tool head, allowing you to print two materials at a time, and even mix them.
- Then we go to subtractive tool heads, the CNC tools head turns ZMorph into a CNC rooter, you can engrave these materials too.
- Laser tool head engrains wood and leather, cuts through soft material such as paper wood and felt.
- Last is the thick paste extruder, for those that want to print food such as chocolate, cookie dough or cream cheese.
You can set up you ZMorph by switching these tool heads depending on your output requirements.
- ZMorph has made it easy to switch these tool heads because they all share one screw and two cables.
- The work tables can also be switched easily, by simply using one connecting table, and then removing the table by uncoupling it to the magnets on the base.
- The ZMorph is built like a tank because it's made from Aluminum and Steel frame.
- Typical 3d printers work fine with one drive belt but this has a low elasticity double belt drive.
- In order to make CNC and 3D printing possible, ZMorph is 3Dprinter that sits on a desk.
- Also included an encoder-based error correction system or a closed loop system commonly found in CNC machines. It will allow the machine to remember the correct position of the tool head and will deny where it left off.
- The expansion slot is placed on the x carriage directly beneath the tool heads allowing you to add cooling fans, calibration modules and allow for future upgrades.
ZMorph is robustly built to withstand high speed and high torque and at no stage are ergonomics compromised.
- The covers are designed as protective shields isolating the machine from outside factors and providing a stale printing temperature, security and cleanliness.
- The covers are translucent so you can see the working being done, Thanks to magnetic latches, the front and back covers can be used easily lifted and taken off and then reattached.
Operating the machine is intuitive thanks to a touchscreen with a graphical user interface.
- Since ZMorph is a modular machine, you can configure it in various ways, and it all depends on what you want to make.
- To take full advantage, ZMorph has developed the Voxelizer software, based on a unique voxelization algorithm.
- Before generating a GCODE Voxelizer transforms 3D objects into voxels allowing you to apply 3D filters, create Boolean operations, and texture mapping. Just set the configuration, choose your models and material and you are just a few taps away from enjoying what ZMorph can do for you.
ZMorph prints, mills, cuts and engraves, and still fits on your desk, there is no other solution that gives such freedom while still saving time and money.
